The plugin sits under Extensions › Staging Manager. Each of its pages has a help of its own at the top right; this manual brings them together, page by page.

At the top right of the plugin's pages, "Help" opens a window with sections; the page of a staging environment has a section of its own for each of its eight tabs. The plugin settings explain themselves with a notice per card.
