Pricing What does a staging environment with the plugin cost?

Installing and building the first staging environment costs nothing. If you build more often or need several staging environments, a schedule, the comparison or a lifetime, you book a plan in the Shopware Store.

Which plan fits?

By what you plan to do with the copy.

Free
You want to see whether the plugin runs on your server and build one complete, protected copy once, before a single update for instance.
Starter
You test in a copy regularly and rebuild it or refresh its data for that as often as you like, by hand.
Business
Several copies run side by side, one for updates, one for the agency and one for acceptance tests for instance; a schedule keeps them current, the comparison shows what changed, and an expiry date ends them.
Enterprise
An agency or a large team needs a copy per project or release, without a limit, or a copy on a second server via SFTP.
How billing works

In-app purchase, monthly or yearly.

In-app purchase
The plugin is free in the Shopware Store. You book Starter, Business and Enterprise from the administration with "Book an in-app plan"; billing runs through the Shopware Store.
Monthly or yearly
Paying yearly costs ten monthly rates. All prices are plus VAT.
Staging environments
How many may exist at the same time: one in Free and Starter, three in Business, unlimited in Enterprise. Every staging environment in the list counts, built or not; a deleted one no longer counts.
Builds and refreshes
Free allows one build. From Starter on you rebuild and refresh data as often as you like.
Questions

What shop owners ask about it.

Does Free expire?

No. Free costs nothing and does not expire: one staging environment, built once, with the full protection, the anonymization and every check.

What counts as a build?

"Rebuild" and "Refresh data" once they finish, that is with a passed closing check. Preflight, closing check, comparison and teardown do not count. Once the builds of a plan are used up, rebuilding and refreshing data need a higher plan.

How do I book a plan?

As an in-app purchase in the Shopware Store, straight from the administration: "Book an in-app plan" shows the four plans as on this page. Paying yearly costs ten monthly rates.

Which plan fits an agency?

Enterprise: any number of staging environments, say one per project or release, plus a second server via SFTP. Business covers three staging environments with schedule and comparison.
